Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2015 standards and customer requirements.
  • Oversee all quality assurance activities, including internal audits, process inspections, and document control.
  • Monitor and analyze key quality performance indicators, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed..
  • Ensure calibration and testing activities meet regulatory, industry, and customer quality standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives across departments to enhance service reliability and process efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies during quality system assessments and surveillance audits.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, policies, and continuous improvement tools such as root cause analysis and 5S.
  • Review and approve calibration reports, test certificates, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle customer complaints and non-conformances, conducting thorough investigations and providing timely resolutions.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation required for traceability and compliance with industry regulations.

Experience: 3 Yrs. and above

Qualification: B.E. in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical.
